Part-Time Field Service Specialist - North Carolina
We are looking to hire a part-time Field Service Specialist in North Carolina and surrounding areas for approximately 15 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of onsite safety equipment in the field.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on the status of serviced units.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Coordinate with the office to ensure all service records are up to date.
- Potential to earn commission on sales leads - per unit commission pay for added clients
- Compensation to include reimbursed mileage
Qualifications
Proven experience in field service or a related technical role.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Flexibility to work approximately 20 hours per week, with some variability depending on demand.Bulk of hours would be between 8 am and 5 pm, weekdaysMUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK TO ENTER FEDERAL AND STATE BUILDINGSAbility to lift / carry 20lbs.Must have valid driver's licenseMust provide own transportation (mileage reimbursement included)Location : North Carolina
