What You’ll Do Oversee daily field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure productivity and safety. Drive project execution to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Maintain strict safety and compliance standards on all jobsites. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to exceed client expectations. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction experience, in a superintendent or leadership role. Strong background in commercial and / or industrial construction. Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field personnel.
