Job Overview

Instructor position that will support course delivery, course maintenance, and provide technical expertise to the development of new learning solutions associated with the assigned College Branch's focus areas. The position will instruct the NGC GEOINT Curriculum via multiple delivery methods (classroom, blended, synchronous / asynchronous online, video, and / or performance support).

Duties

  • A Senior-level Collections SME shall demonstrate extensive understanding of advanced concepts and skill by applying them in complex or novel situations.
  • Apply deep tradecraft-specific skills in scenario-based learning events and exams.
  • Bring analysts of different GEOINT tradecrafts together in learning events / exams; understand how other GEOINT tradecrafts and multiple intelligence sources may address problems for policymakers, warfighters, and other federal agencies.
  • Primarily provide support to Intermediate (3000) and Advanced (4000) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Level courses, and may support Fundamental (2000) courses within the Foundations and Collections content area.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in GEOINT Collections tradecraft and related areas.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering learning content to adult learners in a classroom setting.

    • Desired Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution related to GEOINT Collections Requirements and Strategies, Foundational GEOINT Data, or Space / Counter-Space Activities.
  • Department of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor Certification.
