Our team of virtual sales consultants conducts 1 : 1 sales appointments via video calls, helping clients preserve their memories in beautiful, tangible formats. We're a fast-growing company dedicated to providing high-touch service that maximizes revenue for photographers while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Virtual Sales Consultant to guide clients through the album and wall art purchasing process. In this role, you'll conduct live sales appointments over Zoom, educate clients on their options, and close sales with confidence. If you're energetic, persuasive, and love helping people make meaningful purchases, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct virtual sales appointments with clients to guide them through purchasing photographic albums and wall art.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to ask the right questions, uncover client needs, and recommend the best products.
  • Educate clients on album design options, wall art sizes, and pricing while handling objections effectively.
  • Maintain a high closing rate by confidently leading clients through the decision-making process.
  • Follow up with clients as needed to finalize purchases and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Work within our CRM system to document client interactions and track sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with company offerings, pricing, and best sales practices through ongoing training.

Who You Are :

Someone with Sales Experience (preferred but not required - training will be provided)

You are confident on video calls and can build rapport quickly. You thrive in a goal-driven environment and enjoy closing sales. You have strong communication skills and can guide conversations with ease. You are comfortable handling objections and helping clients make purchasing decisions. You are organized and tech-savvy , with the ability to navigate online tools like Zoom, CRM software, and email.

Compensation & Schedule :

  • Hourly pay + performance-based commission
  • Flexible hours with availability needed during peak sales times (evenings and weekends may be required)
