Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed and certified Physical Therapist is needed to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for a professional with school-based experience who is eager to make a meaningful impact on student mobility and physical development.
Location : Warren, MI
Duration : Contract for the 2025-2026 school year
Setting : K-12 School
Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to a caseload of 2 to 4 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures ensuring a safe therapeutic environment
Qualifications :
