As an SLP, you'll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team, helping patients regain their voice, confidence, and independence - all while working in and around Boston, MA .

What You'll Do :

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans

Conduct home-based speech-language therapy visits

Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Document progress and update plans of care

Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs

Ensure compliance with OASIS and PPS guidelines

You'll travel in and around the Boston metro area , providing care where it's needed most - in patients' homes.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active, unrestricted Massachusetts SLP license

1+ year of clinical experience

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
