The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CFO, SVP, and the Accounting team. This role ensures the smooth operation of executive schedules, meetings, and departmental workflows, allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. The position plays a critical role in maintaining organizational efficiency by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing confidential documents, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. By providing accurate and timely administrative support, this position contributes directly to the overall effectiveness of the leadership team and supports the organizations mission and operational goals.
