Customer Care Specialist
Be a part of our award-winning customer care team! Zifty is currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist. This is an in person position.
This is a full-time, in-person position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, and the pay range is $21$23 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k, unlimited PTO.
The Job :
- Support daily operations and help maintain a positive work environment
- Collaborate with management and staff to align on tasks and priorities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers, clients, and drivers as needs arise
- Assist in getting orders claimed in a timely basis
- Assist drivers on routes with real-time questions or issues
