Crossing Party Lines (CPL) provides opportunities, training, and support for civil, respectful discourse between Americans with dissimilar ideologies. Our primary offering is the CPL meetup, regularly scheduled, facilitated meetings to which all are welcome. At our meetups, attendees discuss current hot topics while facilitators focus the meetings to teach and model skills and create a safe space for members to hear diverse viewpoints and participate.

Role

The Member Data Coordinator is responsible for managing, analyzing, and leveraging member data to support engagement strategies, impact reporting, and cross-sector collaboration. This role is essential in ensuring the organization maintains accurate, insightful data on its members and partners and uses this data to drive strategic decision-making and deepen relationships across the network.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update member and partner information in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, MeetUp, and others)
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms
• Develop and maintain data entry procedures and data quality standards
• Regularly audit records to identify and resolve duplicates or outdated information
• Generate reports and dashboards to track member engagement, demographics, trends, and network growth
• Support internal teams with data requests for grant reporting, evaluations, and strategic planning
• Analyze engagement metrics to identify opportunities to increase member value and participation
• Collaborate with membership and program teams to segment and target outreach to key member groups
• Support onboarding of new members by capturing key profile data and ensuring smooth database integration
• Help identify and map member assets, roles, and relationships for network weaving efforts
