What You'll Do

• Architecture & Development : Play a critical role in the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, robust software solutions across the stack.
• End-to-End Engineering : Prototype and develop web applications with complex interaction patterns, flexible components, and efficient backend systems using Python, TypeScript / React, and PostgreSQL.
• API & Backend Ownership : Build and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and database management systems that power our platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver features that solve meaningful customer problems.
• Technical Leadership : Lead projects, guide technical direction, and act as a systems design expert for complex initiatives.
• Quality & Best Practices : Ensure high standards of code quality through testing, reviews, and modern software engineering best practices.
• Mentorship : Support and mentor junior engineers, raising the technical bar across the team.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
