Job Description

A facility   near La Crosse, Wi   is seeking a   Licensed Clinical Social Worker   to join their hospice and palliative care team!

Pay Range : $29-$40 / hr   (based on experience)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity

  • Full-time, direct-hire
  • Schedule :   Monday-Friday; Day Shift
  • Open to newly   licensed   social workers
  • Some traveling to patients may be required
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker  provides emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination for patients with serious or terminal illnesses and their families, helping them navigate end-of-life decisions with compassion

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications :

  • Must have Master's in Social Work
  • Possess or be eligible for Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification
  • Three years of clinical experience required
  • Previous hospice training / volunteer work   preferred
