Job descriptionProvide compassionate, high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities. Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and manage therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership. Document patient encounters in EMR systems with dictation support. Ensure compliance with facility and healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate records, billing, and claims. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion in patient care. Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. 1+ year of NP / PA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply). Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, ER, Hospitalist, or General Practice is highly valued. Current state NP / PA license and DEA certification required .
