• Scope of Work : General Family Practice Clinic Duties seeing all ages including Gynecology exams, no OB, no delivery, high risk referred out, limited call (15-20 PPD)
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : BC / BE, Active IN licensure, BLS, DEA and IN CSR
