Position Summary :
This position provides direct care services to clients with mental health crisis needs. These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy, through the diagnostic assessment process or through individual community based rehabilitative services and / or group rehabilitative services including linkage and advocacy as necessary. Services are provided in accordance with governing laws, regulations and certification requirements and must be identified on the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP). This position is part-time, 12-hour day shift with call requirements. This includes evening, night, weekend and Holiday rotations.
