Legal Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Perform conflicts analysis for new hires, existing staff, and matters, escalating potential conflicts to management

Administer and maintain data in legal operations systems, ensuring data integrity and effective system usage

Build and maintain ethical screens and monitor compliance within legal systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in legal conflicts and matter databases preferred

Understanding of legal conflicts and ethical rules is preferred

Experience with front-end administration of legal systems, preferably Intapp or similar

Strong professional ethics and discretion in handling confidential information

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
