Experience with telemetry and management of cardiac medications preferred

Description :

The position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.

The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend required.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1 : 6.

The facility has a total of 54 beds.

Travelers may be required to float within scope between like units to meet facility needs.

Candidates must have 2 or more years of Medical Surgical experience.

First-time travelers are accepted.

All RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Approval for time off will be based on facility needs.

The nurse will be part of an interdisciplinary team caring for adults and geriatric patients with general medical / surgical issues.

Special equipment and procedures may be required as part of patient care.

IV start skills and telemetry management experience are essential for this role.
