Nurse Practitioner / ACNP or AGACNP

Naples, FL

Are you a passionate Critical Care Nurse Practitioner / ACNP OR AGACNP interested in working nights with 7 days on and 7 days off? We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / ACNP or AGACNP to work in a high acuity care setting (ICU ) in Naples FL Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in medical, surgical, and cardiac ICUs.

  • Pay Starts at $80 -$85 / hr
  • Sign On Bonus- Negotiable

  • Orientation -4 weeks provided
  • Parking Spaces Provided
  • Schedule : 7pm -7am , 7days on 7 days off
  • Relocation assistance available for non-local hires
  • On call assistance provided for Nocturnist
  • CME Allowance : $1500 a year

Job Duties o the Nurse Practitioner / ACNP or AGACNP

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in medical, surgical, and cardiac ICUs
  • Perform bedside procedures (based on credentialing and experience), interpret diagnostic tests, and manage complex ventilator and hemodynamic support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, family discussions, and rapid response / code blue scenarios
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and protocol development

    • Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner / ACNP or AGACNP

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • National certification as an NP (ACNP or AGACNP preferred) or PA-C
  • Current Florida license (or eligibility) and BLS / ACLS certification
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Critical Care or hospital-based experience preferred
