Employment Hero provides a HR, payroll and benefits software-as-a-service platform to small and medium-sized businesses.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our specialist Managed Service Delivery team. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be a subject-matter expert within the team, responsible for managing our most complex implementation projects and acting as a key point of escalation. You will leverage your deep product and industry knowledge to ensure our customers have the skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software.

While you will not have direct line management responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the development of the wider team by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to other Implementation Consultants.

This role is challenging and rewarding, requiring you to manage a portfolio of high-value projects while simultaneously acting as a resource for your colleagues. Our platform and our business are constantly changing, and we're seeking a candidate with extensive payroll knowledge who can communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.

Your key focus areas will be

• Operating within a sophisticated Account Management model, focusing on building influential relationships with key stakeholders, driving growth, and identifying strategic upsell opportunities.
• Transforming client satisfaction into powerful advocacy, leveraging strong performance indicators to create champions for our brand.
• You will be the central point of contact, orchestrating internal resources from across the business to ensure your clients are expertly supported at every stage of their journey.
