Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Carolinas District

Education & Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
• Fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may qualify for the Associate DSM position.
• Specialty experience preferred : CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, or other specialties.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams of specialty sales representatives.
• Track record of high sales performance and leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet industry credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, facilities, and government entities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and business skills.
• Residence near a major airport within the district.
• Flexibility and effectiveness in an innovative work environment.
• Experience in small or start-up company environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
