About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to design the real-time control systems that drive advanced robotics, automation, and precision hardware. You’ll develop control loops, state machines, motion profiles, and safety envelopes that enable high-performance, deterministic behavior across complex electromechanical systems. This role is deeply cross-functional, working closely with robotics, firmware, mechanical, and automation teams to integrate controllers into reliable, production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop motion control, force / torque control, and real-time control loops (PID / MPC / adaptive) for robotic and automated systems.
• Design system-level state machines, sequencing logic, and safety envelopes for high-speed, fault-tolerant operation.
• Integrate controllers with sensors, actuators, embedded firmware, and digital twins for testing and validation.
• Collaborate with robotics, automation, electrical, and mechanical engineers to bring complex electromechanical systems from prototype to reliable deployment.
