Job Title : Director Of Department
Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of both the department and the organization.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements and objectives of the organization.
Ensures the effective execution of departmental operations, including information technology initiatives, service-level management, and complaint resolution, to achieve established performance and quality objectives.
Directs advanced-level planning, organization, and oversight of staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, performance evaluation, disciplinary processes, and ongoing professional development.
Develops, monitors, and evaluates complex departmental budgets to ensure fiscal accountability and compliance with allocated funding. Oversees comprehensive internal and external audits to maintain financial and operational integrity.
