Compensation & Benefits :

  • LSW / LPC : $64,000 - $70,000 annually
  • LISW / LPCC : $72,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days / Year

Position Summary :

The Crisis Stabilization Therapist will provide short-term residential treatment to individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse disorder crisis on a part-time contingent basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are looking to advance their career and make a positive impact on the community through mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights :

  • Complete diagnostic assessments, develop / coordinate treatment plans, and crisis management.
  • Provide individual and group therapy.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide advocacy and linkage to services when needed.
  • Communicate with team members, local law enforcement, and hospitals.

    • Education & Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree and Ohio licensure (LSW / LPC).
  • Ohio licensure as an LISW / LPCC is preferred.
  • Prior crisis experience with individuals with chronic mental illness, hospital crisis services, or inpatient psychiatric care is preferred. Must have strong assessment skills.
  • Must be able to work on an as needed basis including weekends and holidays.
