Director of AI Innovation

A company is looking for a Director of AI, Tools & Innovation to lead the development and integration of artificial intelligence and automation across its service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of AI and automation strategies to enhance service delivery and operational performance

Identify and implement internal tools that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical solutions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 3+ years focused on AI, automation, or innovation

Proven success in implementing AI / ML solutions in managed services or enterprise IT environments

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, and automation frameworks

Experience with machine learning tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus)
