About the Role

As a Property Purchasing Agent, youll be on the front lines identifying acquisition opportunities, negotiating directly with property owners, and creating win-win solutions. This position is ideal for a results-oriented salesperson who thrives on competition, enjoys building trust, and is excited by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, seller meetings, and virtual presentations.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and close acquisition contracts.
• Maintain and update your deal pipeline within the CRM; track activity and KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine acquisition strategies and expand into new markets.
