Keel Digital Solutions is a fast-growing, mission-driven brand dedicated to supporting the mental health of first responders nationwide. At the intersection of innovation and impact, we empower the National Peer Support Network through bold creativity, digital engagement, and powerful storytelling.

As part of our next chapter, Keel is helping to establish the United We Support Foundation as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on advancing mental health support for first responders across the country. The Vice President, Philanthropy & Major Gifts will operate primarily in this capacity, leading the Foundations national fundraising strategy and building a sustainable philanthropic engine to fuel its mission.

This senior leadership role will drive major gift initiatives, cultivate transformational donor relationships, and lay the groundwork for long-term growth of our programs and advocacy efforts. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will play a pivotal role in scaling our impact and strengthening support for those who serve.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and aid in the launch of the United We Support Foundation as a 501(c)(3) advancing first responder mental health, and lead national and local brand development with consistent, creative, and emotionally resonant activation across all channels.
  • Design and launch scalable campaigns and toolkits that empower audiences and foster peer connection at the local and state levels
  • Develop and execute crowdsourcing campaigns that activate local civilian communities, harnessing authentic storytelling to drive advocacy, raise awareness, and mobilize grassroots support for first responders
  • Partner with executive leadership to define annual marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth and emerging trends
  • Oversee marketing budgets across media, creative, events, and strategic partnerships
  • Drive performance and lead content strategy across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Lead media planning and execution in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships within the mental health, public safety, and media sectors to amplify brand visibility
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and technology teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact initiatives

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in philanthropy, not-for-profit organizations, and mission-driven companies, with a strong emphasis on mental health, public safety, and community engagement initiatives
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, performance analytics, and customer lifecycle management, with a focus on engagement and retention
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and vendor ecosystems
  • Empathy-driven mindset, with a passion for supporting first responders and enhancing the clients experience in a service-based environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with national healthcare, mental health landscapes, are a plus
