Job descriptionCPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred). Experience completing complex tax returns and tax planning and audit support experience. 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Experience conducting virtual tax interviews that create confidence in clients. Sales and / or marketing experience. Experience and skill in technology (MS Teams and Outlook). Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment. Access to high speed, reliable internet. Ability to communicate complex tax situations concisely via phone, email and chat; strong customer service skills. High school diploma / equivalent or higher; continuing education requirements and IRS / state requirements must be met. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season. Ability to research information using tax publications and instructions. Pay range : $16.50 / hour – $80.00 / hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. - Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email).
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
