Director of Data Quality

As Senior Director of Data Quality at Epicor, you will lead a transformative enterprise-wide initiative to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across our billion-dollar software organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic data quality framework that supports analytics, AI-driven products, and regulatory compliance. We are seeking applicants with strong business acumen, deep technical expertise in data governance, and a passion for building scalable systems that drive operational excellence and customer trust. What you will be doing :

• Develop and execute a company-wide data quality strategy aligned with business growth and compliance goals
• Lead three specialized teams-Data Governance, Audit & Data Stewards, and Data Operations-totaling 10-20 professionals
• Architect and scale automated governance controls, audit dashboards, and correction processes across enterprise systems
• Present data quality metrics and insights to executive leadership and board-level committees
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, finance, and external partners
• Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to maintain 99.5%+ data accuracy
• Foster a culture of data excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement across all teams

Range :

Minimum : $100,000 USD Maximum : $280,000 USD
