Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompletion of Certification in HVAC ProgramAcquire EPA Universal Certification within 3 monthsStrong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codeAbility to operate power and hand tools safelyKnowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learnStellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentalityAn awesome attitude and is a great team player!Responsibilities :
Assist installation, service, and maintenance of residential HVAC unitsExcellent communication with homeownersManage project timelines and work scopeBeing on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on!Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organizedBe self-sufficient and willing to learnTake pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!Maintain a professional appearanceCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
