Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position : Oncology Pharmacist

Type : Contract (6 months +)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist with a strong background in oncology to join our esteemed pharmacy team. This is an outpatient oncology role that requires a prehensive understanding of oncology pharmacy practices and protocols.

Responsibilities :

• Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients in an outpatient oncology setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy for oncology patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of oncology medications.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient treatment plans.
