San Luis Valley Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Orthopedics Department in Alamosa, CO. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical setting with the potential to assist in surgery .

Ideal Candidate :

• Board Certified / Eligible NP or PA
• Minimum of 2 years orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong desire to work within a team-based model in both clinic and possible surgical settings
