Hunter offers $20.50 as the starting rate with opportunities for advancement in level and pay. There is some mandatory overtime.
As a Machine Operator , you are responsible for performing machine set-up and shut-down procedures while ensuring efficient, high-quality production.
What You’ll Do :
- Load and adjust equipment software on machinery.
- Repair defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel either manually or by machine
- Visually monitor machine performance during operation and adjust machine components as necessary to ensure efficient and quality performance (e.g., nozzle replacement and cleaning, dross removal, clipping removal, solder replenishment).
- Daily preventative maintenance duties and disposal of scrap / solder waste
- Follow quality procedures, including first piece sampling process
- Communicate with Engineering / Maintenance / Supervision / other departments to resolve identified machine issues
- Keep the machine and surrounding area clean at all times
- Train other operators on machinery as needed
- Additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring :
