About the Role :

Vertex Premier Hotel Services is seeking a driven, self-starting Director of Hospitality Partnerships to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. This role is 100% individual contributor and hunter-focused , responsible for generating new hotel partnerships entirely through cold outreach —no warm leads, no hand-holding, and no inbound support. If you’re a tenacious closer who understands local customs, values relationships, and thrives on building something from the ground up, this is your chance to own the island.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively prospect, cold call, and develop new hotel partnerships across Oahu

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hotel clients, from boutique properties to large resorts

Pitch Vertex’s suite of hospitality solutions and close long-term service agreements

Understand and navigate the local hospitality market, including decision-making structures and cultural dynamics unique to Hawaii

Maintain CRM activity and reporting with accuracy and consistency

Represent Vertex with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements :

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality or service-related industries

Must be comfortable and experienced with 100% cold outreach

Deep familiarity with Hawaiian culture, values, and business etiquette

Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Based in or willing to relocate to Oahu

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $80,000

Commission : Uncapped (high earning potential)
