Job Title : Programmer Analyst

The Programmer Analyst develops and modifies complex technical computer software. They meet project deadlines to ensure satisfactory function of the software.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Frequently work with outside vendor representatives and technical teams that interface with internal applications.
• Will be in an on-call rotation supporting applications 24 / 7.
• Provides technical support to programming and production operations area.
• Works with other systems programmers to develop, install, modify, and maintain the operation system, software products and / or subsystems for network management, performance, and capacity management.
• Leads the testing, debugging and modifications of software applications and validates their efficient use and integration.
• Supports complex computer software such as utility programs, job control language, macros, and subroutines.
• Provides technical advice on the operating system and subsystems including performance monitoring and measurement activity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
