Finance Operations Role
Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health by overseeing the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishing and maintaining fiscal controls, preparing and interpreting financial reports, overseeing financial systems, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes : pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense.
Responsibilities include : serving as the primary contact for high-value accounts, addressing complex contract, membership, and pricing issues with detailed statistical reporting on changes; ownership of in-depth audits to correct pricing accuracy, improve FTPA (First Time Pricing Accuracy), and oversee contract-pricing dashboards to promptly address discrepancies; coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal CAH teams on high-impact projects, and leading strategic cross-functional initiatives relative to the customer experience; overseeing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), meeting on-time deliverables, managing ad hoc requests, and devising strategies for challenging problems; improving customer-CAH business relations by diagnosing critical customer issues in real time via WMS / CRMs such as SAP / BIA & Salesforce.
Qualifications include : a bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred; 4-8 years of pricing and / or contracts experience or similar work experience preferred; 2+ years in a customer-facing capacity highly preferred; experience with the following systems preferred : SAP / Business Objects, Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Vizio / Lucid Chart.

Anticipated salary range : $67,500-$96,300. Bonus eligible : No.
