Job description

Do you enjoy meeting and helping families? If so, you might be THE ONE we are looking for. Our rapidly growing law office is looking for a sharp Estate Planning Paralegal to join our firm! You WILL learn an incredible amount, and have mentorship and opportunity for growth. If this sounds exciting to you, you might be THE ONE.

We're looking for someone to become an important part of our fun and award-winning team. Our office won the Seattle Times Best in the PNW for Law Firm, Estate Planning, and Business Law. This is an entry-level position with room for growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Draft estate planning documents and deeds
  • Schedule appointments for attorneys
  • Assist with preparing and filing documents with state courts
  • Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, organizing, answering phone calls, printing, and scanning documents
  • Communicate with clients
  • Maintain client files for active cases and ensure files can be quickly and easily located

Qualifications :

  • At least one to three years of law firm experience
  • Highly motivated fast learner who can work without constant supervision
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in estate planning is highly preferred
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with superb attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe required
  • Experience with CLIO preferred
