Join a reputable retail pharmacy located in Bay Shore, NY, offering a unique blend of traditional pharmacy services alongside a boutique wellness product selection. This role provides the opportunity to work two days per week on a flexible schedule, ideally Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the initial assignment beginning October 14th and 15th.

Location :

  • Bay Shore, New York

Schedule :

  • Flexible days, 2 times per week (preferably Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Pharmacy Hours :

    • Monday-Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

  • Saturday : 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM
  • Sunday : Closed

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide patient counseling to ensure proper medication use
  • Manage a prescription volume of approximately 100-150 scripts per day
  • Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

    • Qualifications :

  • Active and clear New York State Pharmacist License required
  • Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred
  • Local candidates preferred, ideally within Suffolk County for convenient commuting
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening successfully
