Titmouse Inc is hiring : Pipeline Technical Director in Los Angeles

Are you passionate about developing cutting-edge animation pipelines and optimizing workflows for artists? Titmouse is looking for a Pipeline Technical Director to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing our animation pipeline using software applications, scripts, and automation. You’ll work closely with our production teams to ensure smooth operations and solve technical challenges in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop improvements for the animation production pipeline.
• Create and enhance pipeline tools to support Layout, Animation, Compositing and Editorial teams.
• Provide hands-on pipeline support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure all tools and software are well-documented and user-friendly, following our documentation standards.
• Work with third-party software vendors to ensure smooth integration with our pipeline.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement AI-driven tools where applicable.
• Research and integrate machine learning techniques to enhance production workflows.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom software tools and components.
• Collaborate with department leads and technical directors to improve tools and workflows.

salary will be commensurate with experience within the range stated.

Location : This position is an onsite position 5 days / week at the studio's Burbank location.

Work Type : Full-time, non-exempt

Reporting to : COO / VP of IT
