Responsibilities :

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, creating a network of repeat and referral businesses.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations in every transaction.
  • Participate in team-hosted client appreciation events, networking opportunities, and gifting programs.
  • Learn proven strategies for database management, lead generation, and marketing.
  • Represent high-end buyers and sellers with professionalism and expertise.

    • Qualifications :

  • A licensed real estate agent passionate about real estate and relationship-based selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • A polished, professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • A self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn and implement new strategies.
  • Willingness to attend client events and participate actively in the community
