Leachate Operations Manager

Transportation Logistics Manager

Managers employees and operations of transportation logistics, onsite leachate duties, and onsite contractors

Oversee loading, spill control, pump operations, and safety at lagoon complex

Logistics planning for all leachate third party haulers to various disposal locations

Oversee personnel needs of the department including coaching, training, and evaluating employee performance. Responsible for hiring / termination, compensation, and promotional decisions for employees.

Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness, and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.

Assembles and analyzes data. Tests and monitors results and creates appropriate reports.

Serves as a liaison between site and vendors, contractors, management, security, and others

Executes necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards and regulations

Plan, organize, and manage leachate system design, construction, and operations

This job has supervisory responsibilities.

Education : Associate's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience.

Experience : 7 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
