What this job involves :

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead multiple operational programs within our Bay Area portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager you will oversee Events Commute Customer Engagement and Tenant Services programs while working within our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model. This role drives operational excellence through strategic planning and coordination directly contributing to JLLs mission of creating transformative solutions for the real estate industry while enhancing client satisfaction across our Northern California operations.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Lead and oversee Bay Area portfolio operations across Events Commute Customer Engagement and Tenant Services programs
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning scheduling and coordination of multiple initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to elevate and expand program offerings across the portfolio
• Manage vendor relationships program documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Oversee internal communications including graphic design workflows and newsletter development
• Lead portfolio-level budget and financial management with data collection analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with GREF and JLL Integrated Facilities Management partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
