Job Title : Land Acquisitions and Permitting Project Manager
Job Location : 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094

Job Overview :
The Land Acquisitions / Permitting Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and review process of CBAC’s permitting projects, for its new store growth program.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5-7 years of commercial permit and land development management experience. The requisite experience must include, but will not be limited to :

Additional Information
Base Salary : Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Workplace Environment :
This role will be accountable to the Christian Brothers Automotive brand including : Franchisees, Support Center team, and the Leadership team. The Project Manager will directly report to the Director of Land Acquisitions and Permitting.
