Your Daily Adventure :

• Embark on journeys to client locations for installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of their sophisticated machine tool equipment and controls.
• Leverage extensive resources like manuals, technical documentation, and collaboration with both internal and vendor teams to identify and resolve machine challenges.
• Ensure meticulous documentation regarding the status of installations, repairs, and issues, relaying this information to both office and clients.
• Champion and implement preventive maintenance, providing post-sale training and technical support to clients.
• Develop and retain an advanced understanding of the machine tool industry and the company's diverse product offerings.
