DESCRIPTION

Med-Psychiatric Registered Nurse to support the mission at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (Bethesda, MD)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Educational Requirements : Accredited school of Nursing (Diploma, AD or BSN)
• Certification / Licenses Requirements : RN with a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is desired
• Minimum Experience : Have a minimum of three years full time experience within the last five years caring for adult patients as a RN in a behavioral health care setting. Maintain qualifications and skills of a Psychiatric Registered Nurse as confirmed by completion of the Skills Checklist and verified by the clinical manager.
