Psych-Adolescent Nurse Manager

As Nurse Manager, you lead the adolescent psychiatric unit and ensure quality care around the clock. You guide nurses, coordinate care, and build a team culture that supports healing and accountability. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Current RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification (AHA)
5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field
Formal training in management, finance, or administration
National certification in your clinical specialty
Prior management experience
