With three premier locations in Honoluluincluding two in Waikiki and one in the luxurious Kahala Hotel & Resortwe pride ourselves on offering outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm yet elegant ambiance. We do have 2 locations in Japan, one in Osaka and the other in Kyoto.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. A passion for hospitality, fine dining, and wine knowledge is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and motivation to achieve company goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to unlock their potential and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the highest levels of service, food quality, and ambiance are maintained at all times.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of wine pairings and educate staff and guests about our curated wine list.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns with a focus on turning opportunities into successes.
• Work collaboratively with peers and superiors to resolve conflicts and improve operations.
• Manage controllable costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and supervisors.
• Lead by example, consistently upholding and exceeding company standards.
