Requirements Need a total of 2 FTE's to fill the NPPA schedule starting in December. Will emergency credential. 14k annual volume, Meditech. 24 MD/8 NPPA coverage per day. Active State Medical License, VA DEA, Board Certified, ACLS required, CME and Case Logs past 2 years, COI, copies of all education & training diplomas, Driver's license, color photo and any malpractice documentation. NP shift time - 1p-9p
