Position Summary :

The Regional Controller position has responsibility for the implementation and administration of company policies, procedures, systems and controls within the Region that have a direct effect on the organization's accounting function. This position works independently with limited supervision daily. Primary focus includes ensuring that all processes and reviews of the monthly financials of our centers are prepared timely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities :

• Acts as Strategic Business Partner to the Regional Director.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and internal controls while making recommendations for process improvements, which can result in cost savings and efficiency.
• Coordinates with the NAAC to ensure that all transactions are processed as per company procedures in an effort to ensure the journals, ledgers and other records, including payroll records, are properly maintained.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
• Work with the US Finance Director on the development and maintenance of planning systems, analysis and interpretation of trends for management's attention, and preparation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management. Audits results and verifies SOX policies are implemented and followed.
• Advises the Regional Director and General Managers on measures required to conserve the assets and positive cash flow of the company with respect to working capital.
• Work with other Region Controllers to adopt company-wide best practices.
