Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you will be performing preventative maintenance on Energy Storage Systems and ancillary equipment at remote sites under the supervision of a Filed Service Engineer. You will also provide general support to the Field Service Engineering team in their performance of corrective maintenance at the remote sites. When not working at the remote sites, you will be performing various tasks in the warehouse / headquarters to prepare for future field work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide general assistance to Field Service Engineers in the field and at headquarters.
• Maintain accurate site records of work performed.
• Provide feedback on work performed to improve processes and increase efficiency.
