Job Title : Molding Technician

Location : Libertyville, IL

Overview

Seeking a Molding Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain injection molding and related equipment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor molding machines (injection / blow / compression).
• Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and basic repairs.
• Inspect parts using visual checks and measurement tools.
• Record production data and maintain machine settings.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance.
• Keep the molding area clean, safe, and organized.
• Work with Quality and Production teams to improve processes and reduce scrap.
• Train junior operators when needed.
