We’re not just looking for a networker—we’re looking for a closer. Massa Multimedia Architecture (MMA) is seeking a high-performing Business Development Leader who can drive revenue and win work. This role is ideal for a Principal-level Architect or Senior Associate with a sharp business mind, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close deals in the healthcare, retail, and education sectors.
In this position, you’ll work directly with the firm’s Principals and have a measurable impact on firm growth. Your primary focus will be bringing in new business and expanding our client base. We are looking for a sales closer with architecture industry experience who can translate relationships into contracts, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and independently pursue leads, qualify opportunities, and pitch with confidence. Strong negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills are essential, as is knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction (A / E / C) industries. You should be comfortable preparing proposals, presenting ideas, and leading business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-directed, performance-driven, and results-oriented, capable of making an immediate impact on firm growth.
